③ How long does it take to ship?

Dispatch time depends on the type of piece.

— Pre-order pieces

Production will begin once materials are restocked, and dispatch times may vary.

④ Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to selected international regions.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lumefia is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We will carefully review the issue and assist you accordingly.
