As part of our first release, orders will begin shipping from May 22.

Each piece is carefully finished and prepared in small batches, and additional time may be required for final detailing and packaging preparation.

Each piece is carefully prepared upon order, and processing times vary depending on the type of piece.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently ship using reliable international shipping services, primarily Japan Post EMS.
Please ensure that your shipping address, recipient name, and phone number are entered correctly at checkout.

We currently ship to selected regions. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival.

Types of Pieces

If not otherwise specified as made-to-order or pre-order, the piece is considered in-stock.

Carefully prepared and ready to be finished upon order.
Please allow approximately 3–8 business days for dispatch.

— Made-to-order pieces
Created slowly and intentionally for you.
Please allow approximately 1–3 weeks for production before shipping.

— Pre-order pieces
Occasionally available when materials are limited.
Production will begin once materials are restocked, and dispatch times may vary.

Delivery times vary depending on destination. Most international orders arrive within approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces and the custom options offered — including hardware finish, length adjustments, and made-to-order production — we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Many pieces are individually prepared or customized upon order, and returned items often cannot be resold.

We encourage thoughtful purchases and careful review of product details before placing an order.
Natural materials such as pearls and stones may also contain subtle variations in shape, tone, and texture, making each piece uniquely its own.

If you receive an item with a defect or an incorrect order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will review the issue with care and assist you accordingly.
