Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our pieces — including customizable finishes, length adjustments, and other made-to-order details — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Each piece is individually prepared in small quantities, and many returned items cannot be resold.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will review the situation carefully and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and item availability.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued for items confirmed to be defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
We do not offer refunds for:
- change of mind
- styling or sizing preferences
- delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
- natural variations in pearls, stones, or handcrafted details
Due to the natural and handmade nature of our jewelry, slight differences in shape, color, texture, and arrangement are inherent to the design and are not considered defects.
European Union Customers
Under EU consumer protection laws, customers may normally have the right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days of delivery.
However, this right does not apply to goods that are made-to-order, personalized, or customized according to the customer’s specifications.
As most LUMEFIA pieces are handcrafted upon order and may include customizable finishes, lengths, or made-to-order production, they are generally exempt from the EU right of withdrawal.
