Description

A quiet spectrum, unfolding in form.

Named after the iris — a fleeting arc of color that appears between light and air — this piece captures that same moment of softness and transition. Colors shift gently from one to another, never abrupt, never fixed, like light passing through something translucent.

The agate pieces hold these gradients within them, as if color has been suspended mid-movement. Between them, pearls introduce a different kind of light — softer, more organic, reflecting rather than radiating. Their irregular forms break the rhythm just enough, giving the necklace a sense of ease and unpredictability.

Hints of warmth from yellow topaz, depth from garnet, and subtle contrast from speckled stone anchor the palette, preventing it from becoming too delicate, too sweet. Instead, it feels balanced — somewhere between playful and composed.

Iris is not about a single color, but about the way colors exist together — blending, interrupting, and continuing.

• Materials: agate (heat-treated), baroque freshwater pearls, yellow topaz, garnet, dalmatian jasper, and peridot

• Hardware: brass (silver-tone or gold-tone finish)

  Gold-tone stainless steel may appear subtly deeper in color compared to brass.
